Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Missing Pet in Mexico to £15k
Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has boosted the bounty for details concerning his lost dog named Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, mentioned that the beagle was last seen in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
Halo, who vanished on October 9th, was had on a dog tracker collar, and Ramsey posted a Google maps location of her last known location.
"Any updates concerning our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Significant bounty for locating her. We are all hoping she is safe and will return to our side quickly," the athlete posted on social media.
Initial Bounty and Emotional Pleas
Ramsey first announced that his dog had vanished two weeks ago and has subsequently shared numerous pictures of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A £7.5k incentive was initially provided, but with lack of updates on the dog's status after a seven days, the player and his loved ones increased the sum.
"Our only wish is Halo back," he stated in another plea on his online platforms after the 10-year-old pet went missing.
A recent picture post is a black and white image of Halo napping, her head lying in the curve of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "What I'd do to cuddle you once more sweet Halo."
Family's Anxieties and Context
Ramsey has also posted a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media indicating they have several "pressing queries" regarding the disappearance and are concerned the household "could possibly not get clarity".
"We have yet to haven't found our dog. I don't think we will ever," his wife's message stated.
The Welsh captain signed with Mexico's first division team Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his inaugural match in Liga MX in August.
Born in Caerphilly player is the pioneering well-known British Isles player to compete in the Mexican league.
